We can generally achieve a tolerance of +—0.01mm, and high-precision parts can reach +—0.005mm.
What is the maximum size we can process?
Maximum part size: 3000*1500*750.
How many products can I extract from a mold?
Vacuum casting can be used to closely simulate the final injection molded part or finished product and is a good choice for low-volume manufacturing/short-run production runs. Generally output 12-15 before downgrade.
